Neighborhood Meeting: February 16, 2023
Images of the future bridge and the project site were shared to help the public visualize the surrounding area and the bridge's structure and final appearance over Mountain View Corridor.
On Thursday, February 16, the 8600 South Bridge Project Team hosted a neighborhood meeting at the West Jordan Public Works building to introduce the project to the public.
Community members were able to ask questions about construction, project timelines and potential impacts, and what to expect in the local area over the course of the project's progress.
The project team invited local community members to attend the neighborhood meeting by delivering flyers throughout the surrounding area and utilizing West Jordan's social media channels to help spread the word.
